NPI’s trained and licensed inspectors serve as your eyes and ears while you’re away, ensuring your property remains safe, secure and in great condition. We work with you to schedule and customize a checklist based on your specific needs and provide a weekly digital report, complete with photos. As part of our Home Watch program, we’ll automatically:

  2. Test outdoor motion sensors and lighting
  3. Check for weather damage
  4. Bring in any mail, newspapers, and packages
