Jason and Hope Young are the proud owners of NPI East Tennessee, continuing the company’s tradition of integrity, accuracy, and service in property inspections. With a shared passion for helping people make confident real estate decisions, Jason and Hope bring a fresh perspective and strong commitment to both residential and commercial clients across East Tennessee.
Jason has been inspecting with NPI for over eight years, building a reputation for thorough, reliable, and honest work. His deep knowledge of property systems and keen eye for detail are backed by hands-on experience across hundreds of inspections. Together with Hope, who brings strong organizational and customer service skills to the business, they offer clients a well-rounded and dependable team dedicated to protecting their investments and guiding them through the inspection process with confidence.
Outside of work, Jason and Hope enjoy life with their two children, Belle Ann and Jacob. Their family is actively involved in the local homeschool community and can often be found at local youth rec sports fields, cheering on their kids in a variety of activities. As a Christian family, they are committed to their faith and attend church locally. When they’re not serving their community or working with clients, the Youngs love catching as many University of Tennessee sporting events as they can.

I’ve been with National Property Inspections since June 2022, serving as the Ancillary Services Manager. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee and a South Knoxville native, so I have a strong connection to the local community.
One of the things I enjoy most about my role is meeting new people and helping them feel confident in their home buying decisions. It’s rewarding to be a part of such an important step in someone’s life. Outside of work, I enjoy attending concerts, going on family vacations, traveling to new places, and following my favorite sports teams.

I was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, and I’ve been with National Property Inspections since 2023. Before this, I served in the United States Navy and later worked in the wind energy industry, which helped me understand the science behind various types of foundations, along with gaining valuable technical experience and a strong focus on safety and precision.
What I enjoy most about being a home inspector is the opportunity to go the extra mile for my clients. I’m a people person through and through—I genuinely enjoy meeting and connecting with others, and helping them feel confident in one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my grandchildren, watching sports, fishing, and going on dates with my wife. My faith is an important part of my life, and two Bible verses that inspire me daily are: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13) and “No weapon formed against me shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17).
