Marketing Retention & Growth Representative

As a Marketing Retention and Growth Representative, you will create and foster relationships with real estate professionals in our territory. You will be responsible for discussing the benefits of referring inspectors with National Property Inspections.

Primary Objective
Acquisition and retention of key Real Estate Agent partnerships through strong networking, daily outbound calls and emails, follow-up strategy, in-person visits to local Real Estate offices, and digital marketing such as mass email campaigns, social media, and our website.

Responsibilities
Candidate will be expected to perform duties such as, but not limited to:

• Establishing themselves as a valued member of the local real estate market and serving as the main point of contact for National Property Inspections' preferred real estate agents.
• Retaining existing inspection customers and referring real estate agents by building brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Managing our social media profiles and regularly producing new and engaging content strategies:
  • Posting consistently to all social media platforms with relevant information, advertisements, and promotions to our target audience.
  • Tracking effectiveness of published content to determine what works.
  • Directing, filming, and uploading videos for various marketing purposes.
  • Updating and editing website content.
  • Posting to website blog.
• Sending mass email campaigns:
  • Creating and sending email campaigns to real estate agents.
  • Updating existing templates
  • Tracking progress and effectiveness of campaigns.
• Attending in-person networking meetings and other industry events:
  • Attending agent events.
  • Gathering photos and videos from events for use on social media and other marketing campaigns.
  • Generating new relationships with agents, and acquiring new referral channels.
  • Completing daily outbound calls and emails, following-up with new agents, and visiting local real estate offices on a rotating schedule.

Required Skills
Our ideal candidate exhibits the following characteristics:

• Previous work experience in the marketing industry. Our ideal client has 3-5 years experience in the marketing or sales industry. Added bonus for experience in the real estate industry. Candidate should have strategized and implemented successful marketing campaigns in previous roles with the ability to adapt these strategies to appeal to our target audience.
• Growth-minded. Candidate should align their marketing efforts for growth within and outside of our company.
• Coachable. Candidate must have a willingness to learn from experienced team members. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn about the inspector's role in the real estate industry, implement new ideas, and generate strategies aimed at company success and growth.
