Doug does such a great job on the inspections. He takes the time to go through each issue and explain what the issue is and why it is an issue. Doug cares very much about the inspections he does and works very hard to make sure you have all the information you need as a buyer. Doug has done a number of inspections for us and will always be our first call for any inspections we need.

Quality time spent with my customers. All questions were answered and/or explored. I've noticed a recent trend of Inspectors. Service is not being provided. Their clients are not allowed to follow around and ask questions. Inspectors want to get in and get out. A lack of communication. Items are not being inspected nor communicated as such until the inspection is completed and the report has been electronically transmitted. This is not the case with Doug. Doug provides that old fashion "Service."
