An entrepreneur at heart, Blake Putnam founded National Property Inspections Vail in 2013, merging his extensive experience in real estate development with his background in the construction industry. His vision was to establish a company built on the core values of integrity, honesty, quality, and exceptional customer service.

Blake is a Certified Professional Inspector, and his wife Laura handles scheduling and client care. Together, they are passionate about utilizing their in-depth knowledge to provide superior inspection services for a wide range of properties, including commercial, residential, and pre-listing inspections.

Based in Edwards, the Putnam family have been residents of the Vail Valley for over 20 years. In their free time, they are actively involved in coaching and watching their four children play hockey, volleyball, basketball, and lacrosse. As a family, they also enjoy skiing and snowboarding. Blake and Laura have a strong passion for rescuing former puppy mill dogs and currently provide a loving home to four: a yellow lab, an English bulldog, and two Frenchies.
