As a Realtor who attends all of her buyer's inspections, you learn which ones are valuable. I was referred to Blake Putnam from a Realtor in Breckenridge. All of my expectations were met in full. His report has great pictures, detailed explanations and a summary of issues that need to be addressed. Blake has also been accessible after the inspection with referrals of contractors. Blake is the most knowledgeable inspector I have ever met...his knowledge covers electrical, plumbing, framing, mold, roofing, gutters, heating, and knowledge of the wet lands in the area.

Not only do I refer ALL of my clients to Blake Putnam at National Property Inspectors, I use his services for my own home. I recently had concerns about the radon levels in my house and in the basement level where my daughterâ€™s bedrooms are located. I called Blake to inquire about radon testing.
