I thought Jason was outstanding in his professionalism and knowledge of how the property. He really has a confidence with his ability and can explain all the good and bad issues a property can or could have. I wish I could continue to use him as a sounding board for my issues when they pop up. He really appears to really like what he does and that is comforting to any new home owner regardless of investment prop or owner occupied.

I used NPI the first time about 2 months ago and Jason went above and beyond. Everything was explained and pointed out in detail. The entire process was handled perfectly. The appointment was easy to make and confirmed. After the inspection I was given a brief summary, which was then followed by a detailed report the following day.
