Our most popular inspections include new construction, existing residential and commercial buildings, multi-units, condos, manufactured homes, pre-listing inspections and 11th month inspections where new home warranties are about to expire.
We also offer a thermal imaging inspection to locate possible moisture intrusions, electrical hot spots and energy losses inside ceilings, walls and floors. This requires the use of a camera designed to detect temperature changes on surfaces which could suggest hidden problems.

Lee has 25+ years of experience, is a certified thermographer trained at the Infrared Training Center of the Building Science Institute, # 28385, is secretary of the local chapter of ASHI, is an affiliate member of the West Volusia Board of Realtors and the New Smyrna Beach Board and secretary for the local chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Sandy is also a National Member of the Women's Council of Realtors and was voted "Woman of the Year" for 2005, and "Affiliate of the Year" for 2003 by the West Volusia Board of Realtors.
