When I first contacted NPI for an inspection to be done on a new condominium, I was very impressed because they were able to schedule it the very next day. When I arrived to observe the inspection I was surprised at how thorough the inspector was. He also explained everything to me in a very easy to understand way. He even taught me a couple of things to look out for! Every single nook and cranny was accounted for and when it was all said and done I was very confident with my purchase. Such a great value I think it was worth every penny. I wouldn’t hesitate to use NPI again and would definitely recommend and tell friends and family to use them!

Used this company to do a home inspection for the purchase of a home. The inspector was knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through his entire inspection process on site and showed me any defects that he found throughout the home. He was also courteous and professional and explained why what he found needed to be repaired and what impact not addressing some of the defects could potentially have if left unchecked. He provided exceptional service and I learned a lot from the experience, as a buyer I feel confident in the assessment of the home. Hopefully the seller will provide the necessary repairs or concessions!! The price of the inspection was great too, less than I have paid for inspections in the past and much better service!

The inspection was well worth the money. My agent and I arrived at the home about 2.5 hours into the inspection, and after finishing, the inspector spent at least a half hour just walking through the two of us on his findings. I'm really glad he personally explained things to me, as the report was a little overwhelming and I was worried if we should pass on it or not. Very personal service that was not only extremely thorough, but also very informative and educational. I would absolutely recommend these guys again, especially to a first time home buyer such as myself.
