He has passed the National Home Inspection Exam that is offered by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors. He completed National Property Inspections (NPI) training course prior to beginning business. He has met all the requirements to be an Arizona Certified Home Inspector, including 30 parallel inspections with 5 parallel inspections submitted to the Arizona Board of Technical Registration. He is a Certified Inspector of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and receives continuing education through the Arizona chapter of the (ASHI). He is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). Training and experience covers all necessary technical topics, including:
