Licensed Inspector: As a New York State Inspector you are required to be Licensed by the State of New York. My License Number is 16000006137. As well as being licensed by the State I have also passed the National Home Inspectors Exam which qualifies me as a Certified Home Inspector.
Memberships: I am a Certifed ASHI Home Inspector (American Society of Home Inspectors) as well as an Associate Member of the Utica Rome Board of Realtors, and a member of the local chapter of ASHI (CNYASHI).
