Your builder isn’t the only one working on your new home. Before the last nail is hammered home, dozens of subcontractors and laborers may have had the opportunity to help build it. Scheduling
Timeliness is essential on new home inspections. In progress inspections, it’s helpful to report concerns before the next phase of construction begins.  Your Role
NPI inspectors encourage you to attend the inspection and will review all significant findings with you following the inspection.  They will then follow-up with a professionally-prepared written report you can refer to as needed and provide to the builder.
