Founded in 1987, National Property Inspections, Inc. is among the oldest and most widely-respected names in the commercial and home inspection business. Each year, our franchisees perform tens of thousands of independent, objective real estate inspections in the United States and Canada. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, honesty and integrity. NPI inspectors follow national standards as well as any state or local licensing requirements.
NPI inspectors come from a variety of backgrounds including: construction, engineering, trade specialties and the upper management of multimillion dollar corporations. They attend two weeks of specialized, intensive training at the NPI Corporate Education Center in Omaha, Nebraska, followed by one week of hands-on training in the field with another inspector. We strongly encourage continuing their education and offer an opportunity for just that during annual meetings each November.
All of our frachisees have access to technical support seven days a week. This means questions are answered in a timely manner and allows you to receive complete results when you need them. This is just one way we show pride in our work and attention to detail.
