Infrared Imaging
Infrared Inspections (Thermal Imaging) - Thermal imaging uses a specially-designed camera to register changes in temperature, or heat energy, across surfaces in a home. Trained inspectors use this radiometric infrared camera to scan the home for evidence of temperature changes.
As a home buyer or a home owner moisture problems are of major concern. By using our thermal imaging capabilities we can help to locate leaks thereby reducing guess work and reduces repair costs. Thermal imaging can also be used to detect overheating electrical components, as well as heat/air distribution throughout the home. We will begin offering Infrared Inspections February 16, 2009.
